Blueprint Package - $350 This package is for the couple that wants to do everything on their own, they just need a little help getting started. Your wedding planning blueprint includes -
A three hour planning session where we go over everything you want for your wedding.
We'll put together a detailed budget giving you an idea of what you should be spending for the different elements of your big day.
You'll receive a list of respected vendors and venues to contact, and a list of questions you should ask.
A personalized timeline showing you what needs to be done and when.
I'll also give you a customized spreadsheet for guest list management.
Harmony Package - $1,000 The Harmony package is my Day Of wedding coordination package. You and your families should be able to enjoy your wedding day without worrying if the cake has arrived, or the decorations are set up correctly. This package is intended to give you peace of mind on your Big Day, and let me deal with all the pesky little details.
We'll get together about a month before your wedding to go over the details of your day, from beginning to end, including vendor contact information, and wedding party information. Based on this meeting, I'll create a detailed timeline for the wedding day that shows not only what you need to be doing at any given point in the day, but also the times your vendors are supposed to be there to set up their portion of the wedding. The initial meeting should also include a site visit, if possible. I want to see your venue through your eyes so I can make sure everything is set up the way you want.
The day before the wedding, I will contact your vendors to confirm their times of arrival. On the day, my assistant and I will be there to coordinate everything - from meeting the vendors and directing them where they need to be, to corralling the wedding party, provide a point of contact for any problems that may arise, and make sure everything is taken down after it's all over.
This package also includes coordination of your rehearsal.
Add-on services available for an additional fee:
Picking up and returning any rentals (e.g. tuxes, linens, etc.) - $100
Set-up & tear down of your decorations - $65 per hour
Wedding rentals (e.g. table linens, candle holders, vases, etc.) - Pricing available on request
Cloud Nine Package - Starts at $2,500 This is the most comprehensive package Truly Yours by G offers. Cloud Nine combines the other packages and then adds even more services. We'll start with an initial consultation where we'll talk about your wedding, discuss your budget, what you want for your reception, anticipated number of guests, colors, themes, attendants - it's a brainstorming session all about you and the dream you have for your wedding. Here are the included services and a list of optional services that can be added:
Design and creative elements
Detailed budget, tracking all expenses for your Big Day.
Customized timeline letting you know what tasks need to be done and when they should be completed.
Schedule venue and vendor appointments.
Attending dress/tux appointments and fittings.
Ongoing consulting services.
Coordination of rehearsal.
Day-of coordination as outlined in the Harmony Package.
Returning rental items.
Packing up wedding gifts and personal items, and making sure they get to the correct vehicle.
Out of town guest accommodation arrangements.
Optional services (Pricing available on request):
Guest management - addressing and sending Save-The-Dates and invitations; tracking RSVP's.
Additional party planning (Engagement, Bachelor/Bachelorette, Bridal/Groom showers/luncheons).
Gift baskets for wedding party and/or out of town guests (all locally sourced products).
As your wedding planner, there are some special touches I include because I believe in their importance. Your wedding day is a marathon, not a sprint. It's necessary for you to remain fed and hydrated. To that end, I provide complimentary bottled water and snack plates in your dressing rooms on the big day. I also bring a wedding day emergency kit with me to every event. The kit includes the little things that get forgotten. For example - hair pins, safety pins, mouthwash, deodorant, small first aid kits, small sewing kit, spot remover, toothpaste, disposable toothbrushes, hair spray, OTC medicines for pain/ upset stomach/allergies, feminine hygiene products, sunscreen, dental floss, baby powder, make-up remover, clear nail polish...basically everything all the wedding websites tell you not to forget. I just save you the trouble of remembering one more thing, and bring it all for you!
